Il progetto è realizzato in collaborazione con V Label Italia. Il marchio V-Label nasce nel 1976 come simbolo istituzionale dell’Associazione Vegetariana Italiana e oggi è il marchio adatto a certificare prodotti e servizi adatti a vegetariani e vegani. Leader di mercato è oggi il marchio veg più antico e maggiormente diffuso a libello mondiale.
I corsi e le attività legate al marchio VQ Educational godono inoltre del patrocinio di A.V.I., Associazione Vegetariana Italiana fondata da Aldo Capitini nel 1952. Associazione storica nazionale da sempre impegnata nella diffusione della cultura e l’etica vegetariana e vegana e in prima linea per difendere il diritto di scelta di chi sceglie il percorso veg.

The VQ Educational brand and courses for professionals have been created by Very-V, an online shop selling only certified vegan products and creator of vegetarian and vegan educational and informative content.
The project was created together with V Label Italia. The V-Label brand was founded in 1976 as the institutional symbol of the Italian Vegetarian Association and is currently the most recognized brand used to certify products and services suitable for vegetarians and vegans. V-Label is the oldest and most widespread vegan brand on the market worldwide.
The courses and activities offered under the VQ Educational brand are also sponsored by A.V.I., the Italian Vegetarian Association founded by Aldo Capitini in 1952. This historic national association has always been committed to promoting vegetarian and vegan culture and ethics, and is at the forefront of defending the right to choose for those who select the veg lifestyle.

Il corso, diviso in due macro aree tematiche, è pensato per permettere a chef e ristoratori di avvicinarsi al mondo veg offrendo una scelta vegetariana e vegana adeguata.
Teoria:
In questa sezione troverete una panoramica sulle origini degli stili di vita vegani e vegetariani, le corrette definizioni di entrambe le cucine, gli ingredienti ammessi e vietati, una panoramica sulla possibile nuova clientela e tanti utili suggerimenti per creare menù vegetariani e vegani facili ma appetitosi.
Pratica:
Grazie al contributo dello chef dell'Associazione Vegetariana Italiana avrete modo di vedere la preparazione di un menù vegano e vegetariano e di alcune preparazioni base che vi aiuteranno a creare piatti vegetariani e vegani di alta qualità.

Introductory course to vegetarian and vegan cooking for food industry professionals – Italian cuisine

The course is divided into two macro thematic areas and has been designed to allow chefs and restaurateurs to enter into the veg world by offering suitable vegetarian and vegan menu items.
Theory:
This section offers an overview of the origins of vegan and vegetarian lifestyles, the proper definitions of both cuisines, permitted and prohibited ingredients, a profile of potential new customers, and many helpful tips for creating easy yet delicious vegetarian and vegan menu selections.
Practice:
A chef from the Italian Vegetarian Association will give course participants the opportunity to witness the preparation of a vegan and vegetarian menu, including some basic compositions to help create high-quality vegetarian and vegan dishes.

في هذا القسم، ستجدون لمحة عامة عفي هذا القسم، ستجدون لمحة عامة عن أصول أنماط الحياة النباتية والفيجارية، والتعريفات الصحيحة لكلا المطبخين، والمكونات المسموح بها والمحظورة، ولمحة عامة عن العملاء الجدد المحتملين والعديد من النصائح المفيدة لإنشاء قوائم طعام نباتية وفيجارية سهلة ولكنها شهية.
الممارسة:
بفضل مساهمة طاهٍ من الجمعية النباتية الإيطالية، ستتمكن من مشاهدة إعداد قائمة طعام نباتية ونباتية صرفة وبعض الوصفات الأساسية التي ستساعدك على إعداد أطباق نباتية ونباتية صرفة عالية الجودة.
